Cooking Rice

For Special Attention

measure out = to get an exact amount of something — 量出某物确切的量。
husk = the skin around a grain of rice — 一粒米外面的壳。
be done = be finished. Food that is done is fully cooked. — 完成了。食物 done 就是完全煮熟了。
