For Special Attention

crowded = the train was crowded. There were very many people in a small place. — 火车很拥挤,就是在很小的地方有非常多的人。
turnstile = when a gate with a turnstile opens, the turnstile rotates (turns) — 装有旋转闸门的检票口打开时,闸门会旋转。
have to stand = if he had to stand, he could not find a place to sit — 他不得不站着,就是找不到座位坐。
station announced = his station was announced. This means someone announced his station. — 他到站了,意思是有人广播了他要到的车站。
other passengers = other passengers are passengers who are not Tom — 其他乘客就是汤姆以外的乘客。
